General Order Cancellation Policy
At Reverse Ageineer, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Any requests for an order cancellation must be made within a very strict timeframe. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund before your order ships, you must contact our customer service team within 6 hours from the exact moment your order was placed. If your request is received after this 6-hour window has expired, the order will be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow our standard return process outlined below.
Subscription and Recurring Orders
Our subscription plans come with a special discounted price as our way of saying thanks for committing to your reverse-aging journey with us. Because of these built-in savings, our refund and return policy applies only to your very first subscription order — recurring orders aren't eligible for refunds or returns.
Just one quick thing to keep in mind: please cancel or make changes at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Our warehouse team starts preparing recurring orders quickly so you get your products on time, which means once you're inside that 24-hour window (or your renewal payment has already gone through), the order is already on its way and can't be refunded or returned.
Return Conditions and 30-Day Window
If you wish to return a delivered product, your request must be submitted within 30 days. The "counting" of these 30 days officially begins on the exact date the courier company marks the package as delivered to your address. To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unopened and in its original packaging.
Damages and Faulty Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, faulty, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We require you to provide photos and a detailed description of the fault. Once evaluated, if the product is deemed faulty by our team, we will take immediate steps to make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), final sale/clearance items, and gift cards. Additionally, for health and hygiene reasons, personal care goods that have been opened or had their protective seals broken are strictly non-refundable unless they are proven to be faulty.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above return policies, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returned Packages (Return to Sender)
In the event that a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to collect the package from a local access point, or unpaid customs/duties, a refund will not be automatically issued. Once we receive the returned package, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred by Reverse Ageineer.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate an order cancellation, return, or to report a faulty item, please email our Customer Support team directly at support@reverseageineer.com. Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for your request. The timestamp of your email will serve as the official record to verify that your request was submitted within the applicable timeframe (6 hours for cancellations or 30 days for returns).
