# How to Delete Your Reverse Ageineer Account

This page explains how to delete your Reverse Ageineer account and what data is removed. Reverse Ageineer is published by Fasherz Ventures Inc.

## Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. Open the **Reverse Ageineer** app on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Tap the **Settings** icon (top-right corner of the Home screen).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap **Delete Account**.
4. Review the win-back screen, then tap **Still delete my account**.
5. Complete the optional exit survey.
6. Confirm deletion in the final dialog.

Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be signed out.

## Delete by email request

If you cannot access the app (e.g., you have uninstalled it or lost access to your email), email us at **app@reverseageineer.com** from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 business days.

## What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal data is permanently removed within **30 days**:

- Email address and sign-in credentials
- Full name, date of birth, gender, phone number
- Country, language, and timezone preferences
- Profile photo (avatar)
- Face scan images (front, left, right) and skin analysis photos
- AI chat conversation history
- All session tokens (you are immediately signed out)

## What gets kept (anonymized analytics only)

To help us improve the app, we retain the following data in an **anonymized form** (permanently disconnected from your identity):

- Skin metric scores (e.g., hydration, pores, pigmentation) — without photos
- Quiz responses
- Subscription history (required for accounting and refund compliance)
- Your optional exit-survey reason (e.g., "too expensive")
- Anonymized account creation and deletion timestamps

Anonymized data cannot be used to identify you and is not linked to any personal information after the 30-day cleanup.

## Retention timeline

| When | What happens |
|------|--------------|
| Immediately | Account is deactivated, you are signed out, all sessions invalidated |
| 0–30 days | Account is recoverable only by contacting support. Personal data is retained in case you change your mind |
| After 30 days | All personal data listed above is permanently deleted. Anonymized analytics are retained indefinitely |

## Subscriptions

Deleting your account does **not** automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel:

- **Apple App Store subscribers:** manage your subscription at [apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).
- **Google Play subscribers:** manage at [play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
- **Web subscribers (Checkout Champ):** email **app@reverseageineer.com** with subject "Cancel subscription".
